Nature for Health: Creative Wellbeing Course at Chorlton Community Garden

Join us for a 7‑session course of nature‑based crafts and activities designed to support health and wellbeing. Delivered by Sow the City as part of the Greater Manchester Nature for Health project, this programme offers creative making, time outdoors and simple nature‑based activities in a friendly small group.

Combining time outdoors, creative activities and simple nature‑based crafts, the course supports local residents to build confidence, meet new people, manage stress and feel more connected to the natural world.

About the service This course is part of Greater Manchester’s Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) offer. Sessions blend ecotherapy, hands‑on creative activities and time outdoors, supporting people to improve wellbeing in a supportive small group. Workshops will take place in Chorlton Community Garden and the community room in Chorlton Library, depending on the weather and the activity.
